Concept 2007 is the culmination of a three year BA (Hons) Degree in Furniture from Lincoln University which encompasses the design and manufacture of unique, bespoke furniture. The course encourages students to innovate and experiment whilst maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and work to produce exceptional furniture.

Work from 2006 exhibition, "First", has been highly acclaimed, and graduates have since achieved jobs with major businesses in the furniture industry such as Laura Ashley and Bench Mark Furniture, whilst others have had success as self employed craftsmen. The work from this year’s graduates is equally exciting and original and has already received significant interest.

The furniture being exhibited is all speculative work produced by the designers in line with their individual design styles and work within the exhibition draws from a wide range of influences from industrial through to organic. All of the pieces being exhibited are available for sale. Alternatively the designers will be available to speak to with regards to commissioning an individual piece tailored to your specification.
